Alice has been running Mindfulness classes every Wednesday at 10am at The Compass Theatre, Ickenham for 3 years

Classes have been 'drop in practice group sessions' so no experience necessary. The aim of the class is for everyone to enjoy Mindfulness by making it fun, different, practical and with a friendly and relaxing atmosphere.

Mindfulness experience includes Mindfulness and CBT.

Certificate in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy - Centre of Excellence

NLP Practitioner Certificates -  Paul McKenna, Richard Bandler – Positive Anchoring, changing how we think, relaxation and letting go.

Classes include - Breathing exercises including Yoga breathing techniques, Candle Meditation, Calming Music, Pain/discomfort relief/management Meditations, Metaphorical Mindfulness Poetry (Published Author)

Gentle Movement for changing our state (movement optional can be done sitting) and also Covid 19 Anxiety Reduction Techniques.

Mindfulness helps with depression, anxiety, general well-being, pain management, sleep problems.

Online classes are Non-interactive, easy and fun

Alice is also a Professional West End Dancer & Singer and Comedy performer, who also entertains at Dementia care homes and teaches Extend Multi Award-winning Fun exercise for older able and disabled people. Community coach award-nominated for her classes and charity swimming.

Mindfulness CBT is a tool growing in popularity for those who suffer from Depression and Anxiety. It can also be used as a strategy for sufferers of OCD, Panic Attacks P.T.S.D. Self Harm and various types of Eating Disorders.

Mindfulness meditation also changes the anatomy of your brain, helping to develop better concentration.It reduces cortisol hormones and can help significantly in reducing the risk of Dementia. It can also be used for creativity.
